Customer Service?
National Vending customer
service may be reached toll-free at (866) 369-6617. Also, service issues and
general information requests may be logged and tracked electronically at
www.vending.com.
How do I get
a personal login?
Please include an email address
when you register. Upon account activation we email your pesonal User Name and
password that will enable you to login and view your account.
How do I set
up vending for my location(s)?
It's easy--go to the Register
section, and tell us about yourself, your locations, and where to send
commissions. Leave the rest to us. It's that easy.
How often
will I receive vending commissions?
On a quarterly basis, we will
combine vending commission from all of your locations and issue you, or your
designee, one check. This information and history is available to you online at
Vending.com
What about
liability issues?
Liability insurance is carried
to protect our clients in the event of vending-related damages. We also monitor
safety regulations and licensing requirements.
What
commission rates do you pay?
Our customers earn a percentage
of sales. This varies based upon the number of machines, vend price and number
of users.Typical commissions range from 5% to 10% after taxes and deposits.
What does
the program cost?
Nothing! National Vending
places, stocks, and services all vending equipment free of charge.
What if I
already have vending service?
National Vending will either
replace your existing equipment/vendor, or work with that vendor to convert the
current service to the new program.
